The Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia (ISCA) is a member-based not-for-profit public and private industry council. ISCA is the peak industry body for advancing sustainability outcomes in infrastructure. ISCA specialise in the facilitation and development of industry led performance based integrated triple-bottom-line governance and reporting frameworks, decision tools and rating tools; generating communities of practise throughout the lifecycle from funding, planning, procurement, design and delivery to operations and maintenance.

The Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia (ISCA) is a member-based not-for-profit industry council. ISCA is the peak industry body for advancing sustainability outcomes in infrastructure. ISCA’s mission is to improve the productivity & liveability of industry & communities through sustainability in infrastructure.

ISCA developed and administers the Infrastructure Sustainability (IS) rating scheme. This system is Australia’s only comprehensive rating system for evaluating sustainability across design, construction and operation of infrastructure. IS evaluates the sustainability performance (including environmental, social, economic and governance aspects) of infrastructure projects and assets.

ISCA requires a Case Manager to support infrastructure sustainability ratings in NSW and beyond. To be successful in this role you will excel at developing solid relationships with a variety of stakeholders, have the technical expertise to support your work and be committed to the highest levels of quality of service provision and quality improvement.

You will have strong technical experience in sustainability and have working knowledge of the IS rating process. You will be committed to collaboration, continued learning and knowledge sharing to improve sustainability outcomes for members. As a externally-focused individual, you will have well-honed communication, presentation and negotiation skills; be a tenacious, results-driven and a creative problem solver. With strong organisational and relationship management skills, you will be capable of successfully liaising with a complex range of stakeholders at all levels on technical matters.

You will be tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline (sustainability / infrastructure / environment); have demonstrated project management experience, a working knowledge of sustainability rating tools as well as proven business acumen and practical experience in at least one stage of the infrastructure asset lifecycle.

This role is fulltime and located in Sydney, but will require travel (mostly within NSW).
