About the Role
We are seeking a manager with experience in Aged Care to be responsible for the overall management of Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury’s Community Services, including Financial Counselling, Community Aid delivered through CHSP and Support Line.
To be successful in this role, you will have a sound understanding of and experience in the Aged Care sector with a demonstrated ability to work with, manage and supervise a diverse team of volunteers. You will have experience in communicating and working with government departments and hold a tertiary degree or diploma in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work or a related field.
Work Location and Hours: Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury, 4 Park Avenue, Gordon. Hours are 9am-5pm, 2 days per week (days negotiable).

Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury is one of 40 Lifeline centres across Australia. Our purpose is to support Australians in times of crisis and equip individuals and communities to be resilient and suicide safe with a vision to see an Australia free of suicide.
We provide vital community services to residents on Sydney’s north side every day of the year from our office in Gordon. Our services work together to reduce the distress and emotional turmoil experienced by callers and clients, and to reduce the likelihood of a further decrease in the person’s mental wellbeing.
