Our Fundraising division is responsible for major fundraising activities ensuring annual income targets are met while strengthening and supporting Vision Australia’s reputation and relationships.

An exciting career opportunity is available for an all-rounder wanting develop their marketing and fundraising abilities supporting donors and a dynamic team currently based at one of our flagship locations in Parramatta or Caringbah.

Responsibilities

The Donor Relationships Coordinator supports the team in the administration and coordination of specific aspects of a range of fundraising campaigns with a strong focus on regular giving.

Ensuring a brilliant supporter experience is provided right across the team is a key aspect of the role with particular emphasis on:

Monitoring donor’s satisfaction and addressing any concerns/complaints in a timely manner
Improving the donor experience by assisting with driving the implementation of donor care initiatives both in regular giving and appeals areas
To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience in a similar role or in relationship orientated fundraising or marketing with strong administrative responsibilities
Proven experience of providing excellent donor/customer care and retaining support
Customer Relationship Management database experience
