About the role
In this key Executive, Leadership role you will be responsible for the execution of Mission Australia’s operational strategy, fostering effective relationships and advocating MA’s purpose and organisational goals. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a National Team of senior managers to execute a high performing service delivery as well as implementing strategies to improve client access to the continuum of available services.
To be successful in this role, you will be an inspiring leader with significant experience leading a national business, as well as proven ability to develop and manage strong government and corporate relationships. Your commercial acumen and utilisation of positive change management practices will be critical to the successful delivery of large scale business outcomes that are timely and ensure financial sustainability. Additionally, you will have a strong interest in community and social outcomes and aspire to work for a Christian, purpose driven and values led organisation.
