Organisation Name : Property Industry Foundation
The Property Industry Foundation (PIF) was established by the property and construction industries in 1996 to address the problem of youth homelessness. PIF partners with respected charities, and raises funds to enable these charities to deliver much needed support to youth at risk, focusing on education, employment and well-being. An important element of PIF's strategy is to raise funds to build "PIF Houses". The PIF House Program, in partnership with various charities, is creating caring places for at-risk young people and homeless youth, providing medium-term housing and support to assist with employment opportunities and encourage independent living. Over the next five years, PIF's target is to build 125 additional bedrooms. About the role

Your mission is to engage and grow the Property Industry Foundation’s audience, to increase participation at fundraising events and donations. This involves creating great content for digital platforms and marketing collateral which resonates with the audience, providing support to the Communications Manager, and collaborating with all the PIF team to achieve its goals, objectives and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Create content for digital media and email platforms to promote PIF;
Maintain and update website content to promote PIF, its programs and events, and achievements;
Recommend ideas for brochures, invitations, signage and other marketing collateral;
Co-ordinate the production of electronic and printed material to meet deadlines and budget constraints;
Support the Communications Manager with advertising, marketing strategies, e-news and other communications;
Assist and support team members with appropriate marketing collateral, desk top publishing and document formatting;
Actively promote PIF’s Workplace Giving programs.

Skills and Experience

You will have marketing qualifications (preferably a degree) and around two to three years of similar marketing experience. You must have expertise in digital marketing and social media platforms, plus high attention to detail, excellent communications skills (both verbal and written), a focus on punctuality and deadlines, and a proactive, flexible approach. In addition to your marketing skills, you will need to be able to set-up, develo and troubleshoot on websites, and prepare the final designs for EDMs as well as send them out.

PIF has a small, lean team, so you must be hands-on, supportive and collaborative, and willing to assist in a variety of activities outside your job description.
