The primary purpose of the role of the Marketing Manager is to develop and implement a complete marketing strategy for Butterfly’s clinical and support programs. Broadening the reach and demand, this newly created role is highly independent and strategic, yet hands-on.

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, quick thinker who works creatively in a fast and complex work environment. You will be integral to the design, development and implementation of a strategy that targets those accessing these clinical services and so your job counts. You have solid experience in the industry and don’t need your hand held to get the job done, but you also pride yourself in your interpersonal skills and know how important it is to collaborate with the services you are promoting. You care where you work and you want to work somewhere that makes a real difference. Stop looking, this is your place.

This role is for a fixed term, 4 day a week contract position until 30th June 2019, with the possibility of an extension.

Essential Skills/Knowledge

Essential
• Degree level or higher qualifications in marketing or a related field, with a minimum of four years’ experience.
• Strong track record in creating, developing and implementing marketing and promotion strategies
• The ability to independently plan and manage own day to day marketing and market research activities.
• Experience in market research including monitoring trends, identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficient IT skills.
• Financially competent with ability to plan and manage basic budgets.
