This role will see you contributing to the core functions of the Policy and Programs team. You will support Managers in the development of TSF policy advice, program design, and contribute to the strategic planning for the Policy and Programs function. You will also be responsible for the analysis of data regarding program performance and outcomes, monitoring and evaluating program outcomes and contributing to the design and development of new policy and reviewing existing policies.
To be successful in this role, you will utilise your broad knowledge in Social Policy, Education, Research or related field, have well developed conceptual and analysis skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, relationship management skills, and the ability to manage a portfolio of varied projects.
