Senior Fundraising Position – New Role

This is an outstanding career opportunity for an experienced and driven fundraiser who wants to be part of a successful community focused organisation in WA that really does save lives. This is your chance to develop and run your own program and team, building on a significant base of existing donors and identifying and connecting with potential future donors.

SLSWA is seeking a talented fundraising leader who will coordinate this WA based fundraising program and develop and implement a short, medium and long-term fundraising strategy for WA. This will involve working with the SLSWA staff, volunteers and Board to identify and plan appropriate fundraising strategies and maintain and nurture relationships with new and existing donors.

In brief – responsibilities will include:
– Transfer of donor data
– Implementing a CRM/EMS for existing and new donor data
– Maintaining contact with existing donors to ensure their continued engagement and support
– Developing and implementing an 18 month and 3 year Fundraising Plan
– Identifying and budgeting for the resources required to manage a successful fundraising program including additional staff resources to match the planned strategies

The position is based at the Balcatta Office of SLSWA. This role and an appropriate salary will be negotiated to match the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
