Community Leader and Chief Executive Officer

The Board of L’Arche Genesaret is seeking a person with a vocation to serve the Community in the dual roles of Community Leader and CEO.

As Community Leader, you will enter into and lead community life according to the core values of L’Arche.

As CEO, you will lead the association, under the broad direction of the Board, in providing programs and services, such as supported accommodation, to our core members with intellectual disabilities, their families other community members.

As a highly motivated person committed to the core values of L’Arche, you can draw on significant previous experience in community-based organisations. Your well-developed leadership and management skills together with extensive experience in and knowledge of the area of disability will enable you to guide a growing organisation through significant change as the National Disability Insurance Scheme brings new ways of doing business and new business opportunities.

These skills will also enable you to provide strong support to the Board in ensuring that L’Arche Genesaret remains a financially secure and well-managed organisation, committed to its staff and community. Your personal integrity and record of working with vulnerable people meet the highest standards.
