About the Role
On the back of the first season of the new Suncorp Super Netball League, and the introduction of Fast 5 Netball, Australia’s most popular women’s sport is set to continue to enjoy an unprecedented level of interest and exposure. As a result, Netball WA is currently experiencing an exciting period of growth, with a new opportunity now available to join our team in 2018.
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy, the Grants and Fundraising Coordinator will support the commercial and government partnership and philanthropic objectives of Netball WA and our subsidiaries West Coast Fever and Glass Jar Australia.
We are looking for an experienced individual with exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship building skills who can work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to meet this role’s objectives. Your demonstrated experience in the areas of grant writing, donor management and community fundraising a will be key to your success.
Some of the key responsibilities of this challenging and exciting role include:
• Manage the day to day operations of a multifaceted fundraising program
• Working closely with relevant stakeholders including existing and prospective corporate partners and government agencies.
• Identifying, drafting and submitting grant proposals
• Support the management and delivery of all contracted partner and donor activation and leveraging initiatives
