Integrated Manager

This is a challenging and multifaceted role which requires strong leadership, great communication and excellent planning and organisational skills. The position is a full-time, permanent position commencing immediately.

To be considered for this position it is essential you possess the following skills and experience:

• Experience in leading and managing change in education, health, community services or related sector
• Diploma in Children’s Services 
• Experience in forming, delivering and leading early childhood, community, health or related services
• Managing financial and operational performance
• Demonstrated commercial acumen
• Relevant early childhood education and care sector experience
• Previous involvement in the delivery of integrated services
• Experience in successfully managing a large and diverse team
• Strong operational centre management or site management skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of community and government network/resources and proven skill in utilising these to develop services and programs.
