The People & Culture Team (PaC) partner with the business through a number of functions, including Work Health & Safety, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Organisational Development, Employee Services and Business Partnering. The Leadership Development Coordinator will report to the Manager Organisational Development and will be based primarily in our Ashfield Head Office. You will be joining a diverse team of highly en gaged and driven individuals who strive to make a difference and work together collaboratively to deliver outcomes for our people, clients and stakeholders.

About the role

  • Option for full time or part time (7-8 days per fortnight) for the right candidate!
  • Flexible working hours and fortnightly Accrued Day Off (ADO) for full time staff

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

This is a newly created position where you will have the opportunity to manage the design, delivery, continuous improvement and program management of the organisations Leadership Development Framework, and approach to leadership development activities. Your efforts will help attract, develop and retain leaders, while helping them reach their full potential. Your role will result in changing leader’s mind-set and behaviours and organisational culture to optimise business outcomes, resulting in increasing engagement and enabling the business to operate as a high performance workplace.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is confident, engaging and highly curious. Your ability to communicate effectively, influence and coach others, and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders will be integral to your success in this role. We need a facilitator, an innovator and someone who is organised and structured in their approach.

Do you have previous Leadership Development experience in a corporate or government environment with an understanding of contemporary learning and leadership development models, including the 70:20:10 model? Are you able to think strategically and demonstrate organisational, project management and event management skills? Have you previously delivered programs that build organisation culture?
