About the Role
HFA operates a small, busy secretariat in Malvern East. The Administration Officer runs the HFA office and is usually the first point of contact for people seeking information about bleeding disorders, and for volunteers, health professionals, service providers, government and community sector stakeholders. The current Administration Officer is retiring from the position after 5 years.
- Manage HFA office and provide administrative support to HFA staff
- Provide executive support to the Executive Director
- Provide admin support to the HFA council, including organizing Council meetings, draft minutes and reports as required by Executive Director
- Provide admin support to HFA auspiced health professional groups
