A highly skilled Coordinator is sought to join the dedicated team at our East St Kilda site.

The East St Kilda residential facility includes 15 single client rooms. The service only employs and accommodates those who identify as female. The services include temporary accommodation (for up to 8 weeks with the possibility of extension), case management, transitional support and other services to get women over 18, experiencing homelessness, housed.

The Coordinator at East St Kilda oversees the activities of the after-hours workers at East St Kilda. The incumbent is responsible for providing effective leadership to their team to ensure that services provided to clients are delivered in an effective, consistent and professional manner with the needs and dignity of service users a priority.

We are looking for a leader with experience in Crisis Accommodation setting who can hit the ground running, managing staff, program and services with genuine leadership ability. You will have a passion for working with people experiencing homelessness and determination to deliver innovative and effective services of the highest possible standard for our clients.
