Director, Finance & Business Operations

AN OPPORTUNITY YOU WILL LOVE
This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced finance professional to provide strategic and operational financial leadership to ensure IWDA’s ongoing sustainability.

The Director of Finance & Business Operations (FaBO) will work with the CEO to develop and oversee IWDA’s short, medium and long-term business sustainability strategies and provide leadership and management of the FaBO team to meet these objectives.

This role oversees the full suite of IWDA’s finance and business operations functions including: Information Technology; future proofing IWDA’s financial performance; delivery of annual budget and auditing processes; providing analysis, forecasting and reporting; maintaining effective financial controls; and compliance with all relevant requirements.

This role sits on the IWDA Leadership Team and contributes to Executive decision making and organisational direction setting and provides detailed reporting to the CEO and the Board’s Financial, Risk and Audit Committee (FRAC).
