About the role
The Gifts in Wills Executive is responsible for developing & maintaining long-term strategic donor relationships, and securing and maximising bequest prospects to successfully achieve agreed donor conversion targets.
Donor Stewardship. Plan, develop and implement individualised stewardship plans in collaboration with your manager to cultivate long term relationships and successfully achieve donor conversation and revenue generation targets
Stakeholder Relationships. Collaborate with internal stakeholders ensuring bequest communications are integrated.
Events Coordination. Develop and implement the bequest events plan in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Reporting & Administration. Prepare lead generation and prospect movement reports as required
Skills required
Demonstrated experience successfully developing, implementing a bequest program
Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills including the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
Boutique event coordination experience
Must have NSW drivers licence and motor vehicle
