National Program Manager

About the Role

Are you a highly skilled professional ready to lead the policy, advocacy and programs agenda in a small to medium sized, national not-for-profit?
An exciting full-time opportunity exists for an experienced leader in program management to join the SHINE for Kids team in our North Parramatta Office.
As a member of the senior management team, the National Programs Manager (NPM) will work closely with the CEO to pursue and achieve tactical and/or strategic objectives pertaining to the organisation’s strategic vision and assist in the execution of work necessary to meet these objectives.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and responsible for four direct reports, the NPM is accountable for:

*Supervision of end-to-end delivery of SHINE for Kids programs
*Business development and strategic planning at organisational and department level
*Expanding and maintaining mutually beneficial long-term relationships with key stakeholders and government departments
*Supervise, lead and develop the Program team to optimise efficiency and effectiveness
*Some interstate travel is required.

Other Requirements

*Have an understanding of, or capacity to work within, the criminal justice system.
*The capacity to receive clearance via a criminal record check.
*Adherence to the SHINE for Kids Code of Conduct
*Current driver’s licence
*Current Working with Children Check
