Partnership and Development Manager

Ideally suited to someone from an extensive marketing and or fundraising background, you will be key in driving forward our strategies in capital fundraising campaigns, donor giving and bequests. With a major focus on relationship building and development of fundraising initiatives, you will be called on to develop and maintain partnership engagement and retention strategies whilst leading our marketing business unit and managing the marketing and fundraising team.

The role reports directly to the CEO and gives you the opportunity to utilise your previous experience in developing and implementing effective multi tiered fundraising plans. Your background includes a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, experience running fundraising initiatives as well as business development. You have a creative and practical approach to work and have the ability and social skills to work collaboratively with your team. Your presentation skills and communication skills are second to none and you know how to inspire others to get the best out of them.
