ABOUT THE ROLE
The Philanthropic Relations Coordinator is an exciting position that will be assisting in the development and implementation of specific faculty and/or institute fundraising plans.
This will include:
• Conducting and coordinating regular visits to donors related to assigned faculties for the purposes of cultivation, solicitation or stewardship of gifts in excess of $15,000
• Monitoring all prospective donor contacts to ensure positive and purposeful donor relations
• Conducting a minimum of 8 donor visits per month and progress prospective donors through to actual gifting stage as per the best practice processes and standards established within the portfolio
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external clients, stakeholders, and donors to optimise outcomes, strengthen relationships, and enhance the University’s reputation
ABOUT YOU
• Undergraduate qualification or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and experience.
• A record of successfully meeting targets;
• Demonstrated experience in building and strengthening relationships and strong networking skills;
• Outstanding interpersonal and public relations skills that demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships;
