About the role
The Windsor Community Bank is looking for an additional Director to compliment its current Board. The ideal candidate would need to demonstrate a strong interest in community and a willingness to be hands on in further developing our connection to Windsor and surrounding communities.
There is no specific criteria required in that age and gender are no barrier, it is the desire and skills that will set you apart from other candidates and demonstrate if you have what it takes. The position is a volunteer position. As with most board positions an understanding of financials is always an important attribute, after all our main business is banking.
Our Directors are expected to attend monthly Board meetings (generally the last Thursday of the month at 6pm), commit to one or more sub committee’s and from time to time attend functions of our partnership groups to represent the company.
