About the organisation
About the role
This role exists to support the data analysis and reporting functions within the LAC program including Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI). This includes preparing reports that can be used to monitor performance, report against contractual and internal KPIs and provide database support to staff.
To meet the selection criteria, candidates will require:
Essential
• relevant qualifications in health information management, business information systems or similar knowledge area
• excellent computing skills, including spreadsheets, databases, SQL and a demonstrated ability to learn new systems
• demonstrated experience working in the community or non-profit sector
• well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
• ability to identify and resolve problems
• ability to work in a highly flexible, dynamic and changing environment
• well-developed time management skills and ability to prioritise, manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
• ability to work autonomously and effectively as part of team to achieve outcomes
• understanding of and empathy with the values and ideals of the Brotherhood.
Desirable
• lived experience or awareness of the impact of existing or acquired disability upon individuals, carers and community
• demonstrated experience and skills in business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI), query languages (e.g. SQL, PostgreSQL, R, Python) and/or reporting solutions (e.g. ETO, Crystal Reports, Tableau)
This is a full time position working 38 hours per week. Salary will be in the range of $61,320.48 to $67,878.20 per annum, based on skills and experience plus superannuation. Attractive salary packaging provisions are available to increase take home pay.
