Skills and experience

This role requires a clear and confident communicator with well-honed relationship management and influencing skills, able to successfully build partner relationships and liaise with a complex range of stakeholders at all levels, including government and private enterprises.

You will have proven success in working in complex and autonomous, target-driven operating environments and leading all aspects of the development and implementation of new projects.

Key skills are:

Outstanding sales and relationship development skills
Outstanding oral and written communication skills;
Excellent technical writing skills (for proposals and funding applications)
Strong understanding of fundraising principals and methods
Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret financial reports;
Strong presentation and influencing skills and experience
A proven ability to work across and relate to a range of levels
Full Driving License
