The Director of Development & Fundraising – Victoria reports to the President of Hadassah Australia, Ron Finkel AM, and is responsible for attracting, building and expanding relationships with existing and new donors, growing community awareness and increasing fundraising revenues from a broad range of supporters.
For this pivotal leadership role you will need sound understanding of the philanthropic landscape, as well as excellent networking influencing and negotiating skills. You should have demonstrated achievement in key fundraising methodologies such as major donors, bequest programs and corporate support. Tertiary qualifications in relationship marketing, sales, communications, or a related area will be highly regarded. A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated.
