This is a time of transformational change at The University of Queensland, having recently launched the first comprehensive philanthropic campaign in its history. The campaign will raise $500 million by the end of 2020 towards empowering student success, transforming teaching and learning, and driving discovery and impact.

UQ’s Institute for Molecular Bioscience (IMB) is driven to using life science research for discovery, invention and application. Over the past five years, IMB has attracted nearly $250M in research funding, leveraging federal and state government funding sources to address life research across all sectors. Research excellence and translational impact is underpinned by the quality of its internationally recognised researchers and state-of-the art facilities.
