Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the CEO in all operational, strategic and commercial aspects of the business, ensuring the smooth operation of the national office, and providing assistance to operational staff. This key role includes maintaining stakeholder relationships with members and users, as well as managing the service provider contract for the national referral service for the DBYD Call Centre.
For this varied and stimulating role you will need strong customer service skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of people. Outstanding experience and ability in project management and contract negotiation are essential. Excellent computer and data analysis skills are required and an understanding of GIS software will be highly regarded.
