Program Manager

Our client is a well regarded, non profit National Peak Body providing support to a cross section of clients and members across the community. They are acknowledged by their members as an integral support service and attribute their outstanding reputation to the dedication and commitment shown by their staff nationally.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and supported by a dynamic management and project team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of a broad range of projects supported under an established Commonwealth funded program, including health promotion, education, awareness, information and advice. This will include being the ‘go to’ person for external stakeholders and funding authorities as well as providing strategic program leadership to staff and managers whilst ensuring a holistic service is delivered to members.

The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified in Health Administration, Management or a related discipline and will have proven experience in providing leadership at an organisational and operational level. Demonstrated experience in managing concurrent complex projects and the ability to maintain relationships, partnerships and networks are also essential as is the ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver results. You will also require a strong interest and proven experience in the development of frameworks for monitoring and evaluating outcomes against key deliverables.
