To be eligible to apply for these positions you must either have general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia or be a social worker with Mental Health Accreditation from the Australian Association of Social Workers.

The Opportunity

We are looking for psychologists or social workers preferably with experience of working in a school or with children and/or young people. You should have the ability to communicate effectively with students, welfare staff, teachers and parents and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

OzChild offers quarterly peer support meetings, a shared library of resources and the opportunity to attend professional development.

The position will commence in Term 1, 2018.

OzChild’s role is protecting and building the futures of children and young people. We run a range of diverse services aimed at improving life opportunities for children and young people including fostercare, kinship care, family services, education and disability services.

OzChild’s Education Service supplements and supports the work of schools through innovative and diverse partnerships providing recruitment and employment services to schools across Victoria.
