    About the organisation

    Organisation Name : United, Spanish Latin American Welfare Centre
    United, is a not for profit community based service, aims for healthy resilient Spanish speaking peopl by advocating for an inclusive multicultural community. We provide services in the north, west and southern metropolitan areas of Melbourne. United is expanding its programs and services for the Spanish-speaking people and other CALD. Currently we provide aged care home support services, social support, educational and training programs.

    About the role

    We are looking for a talented Coordinator, who would perform two different roles.
    The Rostering Coordinator designs, manages and distributes the Support Workers rosters.
    The Access & Support Coordinator is in charge of the client intake process from the My Aged Care portal.
    Essential:
    * Fluent in English, and sound understanding of the CALD communities and their needs.
    * Excellent negotiation, communication and influencing skills.
