Main responsibilities of the role:
Reporting to the General Manager, Children, Youth and Families the successful candidate will validate, develop and grow a new suite of three programs designed to work with young people and their parents to increase their capacity to deal with and manage high levels of vulnerability and complexity. Responsible for ensuring that the testing of the programs is successful you will also be responsible for working with other organisations and the community in a collective impact approach.
To meet the selection criteria, candidates will require:
The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified in an area relevant to early years and will have proven experience in growing and developing innovative programs. In addition, a comprehensive understanding of policy and practice in early years in the Australian context is essential as is a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the transition of knowledge into strategic objectives. Naturally outstanding interpersonal, stakeholder and time management skills are also essential as is a solution focus and a keen desire to develop new programs at the forefront of the industry.

This is a full position working 38 hours per week. Salary will be in the range of $100,000 to $110,000 per annum, plus a car or car allowance in lieu of a vehicle, based on skills and experience plus superannuation. Attractive salary packaging provisions are available to increase take home pay.
