ACFID Learning and Innovation Lead

ACFID has an exciting full-time opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead a dedicated team of learning and innovation experts. In collaboration with team members, subject-matter experts and key stakeholders, you will enable ACFID’s member agencies and their staff to enhance their capabilities, improve their performance and adapt their strategy and models to ensure they remain relevant and effective in the fight against poverty, inequality and injustice.

You will lead on:

-Developing ACFID’s approach to learning and innovation.
-Designing and continuously improving our suite of platforms, methods and tools which enhance learning and innovation.
-Designing and delivering creative learning solutions to business-critical issues.

You will have:

– An extensive understanding of contemporary approaches to learning and innovation
– A demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo, introduce new ideas and develop innovative solutions
– An aptitude for critical analysis, reflection, learning and adaptation.
– A demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with and influence a diverse set of stakeholders

ACFID offers a base salary of $72,981.92 to $84,927.77 per annum (which includes a fringe benefits concession of $15,900) plus 9.5% superannuation.
