About the Role

About you
Coming from the corporate, not-for-profit or government sector, you must demonstrate sound organisational governance and leadership skills, commercial acumen, and an ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders to secure financial and in-kind support. You will be experienced in developing and managing mutually beneficial partnerships with government and research bodies, and highly competent as an advocate and media spokesperson. You will have a growth mindset and enjoy the challenge of managing a multi-disciplinary team of research, policy and program experts, as well as marketing, communications and media teams to drive lasting positive societal change.

Our vision is an Australia where women and their children live free from all forms of violence. Our mandate is to stop violence before it happens, and our purpose is to provide national leadership to prevent all forms of violence against women and their children. Our work is based on sound research and strong and diverse partnerships. This role will report to a Board of Non-Executive Directors.
