About the Role
This is a new position (15 hours/pw) that reports directly to the General Manager, and is initially for a one-year period. The successful applicant would have the responsibility of promoting and marketing the newly-branded organisation and be successful in bringing in new business and sponsorship. They are seeking a dynamic individual who is a self-starter, has proven sales skills as well as presentation and communication skills along with the ability to prepare proposals for senior management and board. Experience and/or excellent understanding of challenges facing not-for-profit organisations, especially in relation to aged care, community transport and disability sectors. Experience in working with communities from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds would be advantageous as would local knowledge of the Ryde and Hunters Hill areas.
