Reporting directly to the CEO, this newly created role offers a fantastic opportunity to build on a 100 year legacy of providing children with the best start in life. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will drive and influence strategy and innovation across the organisation as well as provide high level expertise across a number of portfolio’s including People & Culture, Learning & Development, Occupational Health & Safety, Assets and Facilities.
The appointee will possess extensive senior management experience along with a passion for staff engagement and building a culture of success. The incumbent will hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or equivalent), a postgraduate qualification in the discipline of management or similar will be highly regarded. Proven expertise in the field of Human Resources is essential.

About the Organisation
With locations across Victoria including Noble Park, Wodonga, Preston, Dandenong, Carrum Downs and Morwell, QEC employs approximately 130 staff including Nurses, Midwives, Psychologists, Social Workers and Early Childhood staff.
Many families face physical, psychological, intellectual or environmental challenges that compromise their ability to nurture and support the health, safety and wellbeing of young children. Programs at QEC are research informed, evidence based and individually tailored to meet the unique needs of each family.
