About the role
Caroline Chisholm Society requires an experienced change manager to develop its services and oversee its team delivering support for pregnant women and families with young children.
The programs include one-off appointments for support; family support including integrated family services working with ChildFIRST, homelessness transition support, parenting and play groups, volunteering mentoring and home maintenance; and material aid in a variety of forms including new and pre-loved baby and maternity goods.
The role will be critical to supporting Caroline Chisholm Society to flourish, with an increased focus on culture and leadership as well as safety, risk and accountability – so that Caroline Chisholm Society can be the best it can be in empowering pregnant women and their babies and be there for new mums and dads, their babies and toddlers.
The successful applicant will have extensive experience in managing people through change, experience in social services preferably in child and family services, be able demonstrate their skills, knowledge and interests in risk and accountability, quality integration, and have demonstrated high-level communication, partnership and service development skills.
Salary is negotiated commensurate with experience
