About the role
The Major Gifts Manager will work with the full Lifeline fundraising team to develop and grow the Lifeline major donor club.
Education Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in relevant business-related discipline
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of five years’ experience in a fundraising environment
Experience raising significant funds in a medium or large for-purpose organisation
Membership of FIA and/or CFRE preferred
Position Duties:
Support the design and the delivery of the major donor club engagement and recognition program.
Help to shape specific major donor philanthropic case for support propositions and identify opportunities for philanthropic outcome.
Manage a portfolio of 50+ donors and prospective donors with a particular focus on multi-year major gifts.
Play an active role as a member of the fundraising team in promoting Lifeline Australia’s impact as a destination for philanthropy.
Track progress of campaigns against forecasts and corporate pipeline.
