About the role
Caroline Chisholm Society requires an experienced manager to set up a newly created leadership role overseeing its business functions. Supported by three staff (2.2FTE), the role provides the foundation from which social and community services workers can deliver programs for pregnant women and young families.
The role will be critical to supporting Caroline Chisholm Society to flourish, with an increased focus on funding, safety, risk and accountability as well as culture and leadership– so that Caroline Chisholm Society can be the best it can be in empowering pregnant women and their babies and be there for new mums and dads, their babies and toddlers.
The successful applicant will have experience in people management, have business acumen including knowledge of:
– finance,
– property and facilities management,
– IT and telephony,
– workplace health and safety,
– human resources, compliance,
– governance, and
– administration.
The incumbent with also have demonstrated their skills, knowledge and interests in risk and accountability, and demonstrated high-level change management skills.
Salary is negotiated commensurate with experience.
