The Manager Finance plays a major role in CatholicCare’s success, ensuring financial sustainability, commercial performance and value for money service delivery are aligned to strategic objectives and the organisation’s purpose.
Leading the Finance and Administration Program, you will apply your vast finance expertise, innovative mindset and agility across a broad portfolio and this complex operating model. As business partner to Program Managers, you facilitate informed decision making through better reporting systems and financial analytics.
Your values align with the social sector and you understand the commercial and operational challenges and the changing funding environment.
You’re a rare breed; an experienced CA/CPA, you have a reputation for successfully engaging, influencing and enlightening. You’ve fostered high performance cultures, driven evolutionary change and maximised integrated business technologies.
You have great social awareness and are sympathetic to the issues facing the most vulnerable in the community. You are enthusiastic in living out CatholicCare’s vision and values and identify with the teachings of the Good Samaritan parable and its relevance to contemporary society.
