About the role

A challenging and exciting opportunity to shape strategy and make a real difference.

This new and varied role in marketing and operational leadership, will deliver strategic and analytical marketing to showcase and promote the Church’s new strategic direction.

In this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing an effective marketing strategy. You will promote the UCA story. With excellent marketing expertise, you will manage our brand, access to and information about our products, events and activities.
Overseeing a skilled team, you will also ensure the delivery of a range of member focused services, including, events management, content management, publication distributions, functions and administration.

With an emphasis on relationships you will ensure the smooth delivery of business related support services to run our educational/conference facilities, hospitality, on site café, IT and building maintenance.

You will have excellent budget and organizational skills, senior level marketing and management experience and solid business acumen. You will thrive in a varied role and enjoy working in a team based culture.
