About the role
Our current Operations Manager is moving to Queensland, and we’re looking for a qualified, motivated and experienced person to continue the good work she has done.
Our Operations Manager – Permanency Support (OOHC) pays a vital role as both a member of the Executive and as the leader for the Permanency Support, Foster Care, Residential Care and Non-Placement Support teams. The ability to be innovative within a compliance driven framework combined with experience in the leadership of high-end matters and a passion for staff development are essential in this role.
