Project Officer

The Project Officer is a part time 0.5 position offered on a fixed term 12 month contract basis. The position is responsible for developing and managing a suite of projects and activities for CEH, particularly in the areas of cultural competence, resource development, social marketing, professional learning and education and health literacy.

Key Tasks:-

Design, deliver, and evaluate cultural competence related projects.
Develop learning materials and resources for service sectors;
develop and strengthen relationships that provide both opportunity and further funding.

Qualifications and Experience:-

Relevant qualifications and post-graduate qualifications.
Considerable experience working in a service sector.
Experience in developing consumer focussed resources.
Demonstrated understanding of the principles of cultural competency.
Demonstrated experience in project planning
Experience working with CALD communities.
A Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment will be highly regarded.
