About the organisation
Launch Housing has an ambitious and singular mission to end homelessness. We aim to get people housed, keep them housed, and be an influential voice on ending homelessness. Formed in 2015 following a merger of two well-respected agencies - Hanover Welfare Services and HomeGround Services, we are a secular, independent provider of choice for clients and the "go to" organisation on homelessness for government, media, philanthropy, private donors and the community.

Are you looking for the opportunity to make a difference in an innovative, targeted program? If you are an experienced case manager with extensive experience in the homelessness sector looking for new challenges and to take your career to the next level within a supportive team environment this could be the opportunity you have been looking for.
The Frequent Services Users Project is a philanthropically funded pilot project which seeks to address chronic disadvantage and homelessness through innovative and creative organisational and client focused responses. This project supports people experiencing long term homelessness into safe and secure housing and to work towards improving participants’ physical health, mental health, educational, wellbeing, financial outcomes.
The Role
The primary focus of this role is to support your clients with the aim of connecting them to key services, getting them housed and keeping them housed. In this role you will use your exceptional communication and rapport building skills to develop strong, positive working relationships with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders and service providers.
About You
In this role we are looking for a dynamic professional who has the ability to “think outside the box”, come up with innovative solutions and use your knowledge of the sector to help to support participants to secure safe and affordable housing.
