About the role
The Business Development & Innovation (BDI) BDI Coordinator role is designed to reflect and support the implementation of priorities outlined in EACH’s Strategic Plan – EACH 2020: A National Strategy, 2016-2020.

Reporting to the Manager Business Development & Innovation, you will work closely across internal departments to coordinate and progress opportunities relating to projects and initiatives at EACH.
The Team is a small, high-performing, collaborative team who create quality submissions and are highly respected and valued within the business. As a self-motivated individual you are able to work in a team and autonomously, and adapt approaches, processes and decisions to suit the situation and facilitate the best outcome.
Business Development and Innovation functions: Identifying/analysing/responding to strategic growth opportunities; developing and contributing to research and innovation initiatives; coordinating service applications and submissions; tender writing; and supporting service/program design.
Innovation and Creativity: Coordinating/supporting the development of processes and systems to help create and embed a culture of innovation and creativity.
Planning and Performance Reporting: Service evaluation; development of systems, policies and processes to enhance EACH’s operational and data/information capabilities; planning and evaluation processes at all levels of the organisation.
Strategic Projects and Initiatives: Actively supporting/leading the implementation of a diverse range of organisational projects to advance EACH’s strategic interests; project managing critical EACH initiatives; and supporting collaborative service improvement processes, including outcome measurement
