Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide strategic and operational direction to a large multi-disciplinary and high performing team. You will champion the development and expansion of new and existing Child, Youth and Family Services offered by SCH, and will have a high level of influence on the outcomes achieved from the formation of external partnerships that benefit both SCH and the people it serves.
You have significant people management experience within the community sector and are equipped with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. You are well known for your ability to innovate and build programs and services that effectively deliver positive client experiences and outcomes. As a member of the Executive you will contribute to the organisation’s overall strategy and success.
