About the role

Summary
The Individual Giving role has a diverse role, assisting with the management of a multi-channel direct marketing program; working analytically with data, managing relations with suppliers /agencies and inspiring donors and fundraising team members alike.

About the opportunity
Major responsibilities of the role include:
• Growth and retention of existing individual donors across multiple channels (DM, TM, digital) through activities such as cash appeals, regular giving conversion, regular engagement activities (e.g. newsletters, outcome reporting) etc.
• Helping to grow annual revenue from individuals in keeping with agree tied/untied ratio targets
• Leading the development of campaign and donor lifecycle material, working with agencies, designers and copywriters (in-house or external)
• Providing support for direct marketing activities undertaken by the team

About you

The right candidate has considerable experience assisting with the management of multi-channel direct marketing programs and working analytically with data. With strong interpersonal skills, you are internally and externally customer focussed and develop strong working relationships with agencies and suppliers. In essence, you get stuff done. You can hit the ground running in a large organisation where change is the norm. Engaging and inspiring existing and prospective donors to support services that enliven communities and confront injustice is the reason you work in the community services sector.
