LINK also provides services to people under 65 years, or 50 years if of indigenous heritage, via the State Government’s HACC Program for Young People. With increasing emphasis on keeping older people in their homes for longer through the delivery of targeted personal care services, and the disability market effectively doubling upon the introduction of the NDIS; a healthy and vibrant future for service providers is highly contingent upon successfully leveraging economies of scale or niche offerings, engaging sound risk management and business practices, and meeting the market with products and services that represent great value and induce the loyalty of the freshly empowered service consumer. The Operations Manager, as a member of LINK’s Management Team, will play a critical role in meeting escalating demand for services and in identifying and accommodating an expanding suite of personal services to its customers.
