The Regular Giving Coordinator, Alumni Engagement, will work within the University Advancement Office Alumni Engagement Team, reporting directly to the Associate Director, Alumni Engagement. The role is responsible for the University’s Annual Giving Program and Workplace Giving Program.
This position will support the planning and delivery of multi-channel fundraising programs, using planned and coordinated database and digital techniques. A key focus of this role is to develop appropriate online and social media communications as well as recognition opportunities.
The Regular Giving Coordinator will maintain relationships with current, lapsed and potential donors to ensure increased support for the University’s philanthropic programs.
This role is required to liaise with external stakeholders and the alumni community, as well as key suppliers, and to work with Advancement colleagues to align programs with divisional goals.

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
• A degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant
• Proven ability and extensive experience in direct marketing for philanthropic solicitation, including a sound knowledge of appropriate concepts, methods and practices
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, including planning, scheduling and reporting to deadlines
