Be responsible for managing the organisation’s digital marketing and digital production activity through web, social, mobile, email and other digital channels. Plan and execute several exciting new digital projects, working with the IT departments to develop a quality integrated and sustainable environment that provides a great customer experience for our staff, volunteers, donors, supporters and the wider public.
Manage digital marketing strategy and reporting, recommendations and insights based on ongoing performance analysis and reviews, evaluating the effectiveness of our digital marketing strategy and tactical activities across paid channels.
Use your broad skills and experience as a digital media manager to lead a team of passionate digital produces and manage digital agency accounts to keep our digital channels thriving. Work closely with the digital team to deve lop and execute a well-established yet evolving digital marketing strategy that delivers on Red Cross strategic and income generation goals and objectives.
Your application will demonstrate strong project management skills, organisational abilities, managing tender processes with agencies, vendors and developers and solid experience in the build, upkeep and use of website content management systems.
