About the Role
The WHS Consultant role will give you the opportunity to support a number of key Red Cross WHS priorities such as:
- Embedding the newly implemented WHS incident reporting system
- WHS data analysis
- WHS reporting framework
- Refinement of training materials
Working closely with the WHS Manager, this role will focus on a blend of local BAU tasks as well as the strategic priorities. The WHS Consultant will provide timely and competent WHS advice and help develop the capability of our Managers in WHS management.
You will be an experienced WHS professional with a background in providing internal consultancy or implementing WHS systems. Ideally you would have worked in complex organisation with a diverse risk profile.
Excellent communication and influencing skills along with a collaborative and positive approach to your work is vital to your success in this role.
You have the ability to learn new systems quickly and to build effective relationships easily.
