About the role
After a robust period of growth through acquisition and increased need across the Great Southern region of Western Australia for valued services, Community Living Association (CLA) seeks an inspiring CEO to lead the organisation.
The Opportunity
Partnering with the Chair and Management Committee, you will lead a team of skilled professionals to create an effective mission and vision to deliver services to CLA’s customers. Your remit will include:
• Leading, engaging and working closely with operational and support teams to build an impressive culture and achieve CLA’s objectives
• Ensuring effective governance and compliance across all legal, statutory, industry regulations with the Committee
• Promoting quality programs and services within commercial and financial guidelines including budgeting, reporting, and fund management
• Taking a front seat in community relations as a key advocate for CLA with customers, volunteers, donors, the community, government agencies and all other external stakeholders
You
You are an experienced Executive leader with a passion for growing organisations through change. You are tertiary qualified with commercial nous and a natural understanding of strategy and complexity. You are tertiary qualified, values-driven and can demonstrate business nous, commitment to results, leading change, and motivating and influencing competency. Experience with the community, not-for-profit, health and services sectors highly regarded. Relocation support available.
