About you
An experienced leader with extensive understanding of PVAW (Prevention of Violence Against Women), high level people management and stakeholder management skills. You will be a strategic thinker, and a persuasive communicator with best practice understanding of program development and implementation.

This is an opportunity to work with a talented and committed Senior Leadership group and lead a professional and committed team in the Practice Leadership directorate. Our Watch has a strong evidence-based culture and as leader your role is to continue to nurture this culture, whilst building models for good practice prevention, and implementing strategies for supporting a country-wide emerging prevention workforce and systems.

The role is for a fixed term until June 2019, with a view to extend beyond this date based on funding.
